Peakminds Psychology Services is seeking practicum students interested in 8-month practicum placements. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain supervised experience under Dr. Syb Pongracic, Clinical Psychologist, while developing expertise in assessment and therapy.

We have offices in Collingwood, Mississauga, and Toronto, with both in-person and virtual opportunities available.

About the Role:

This 8-month supervised position involves:
Conducting therapy with a diverse range of clients.
Administering psychodiagnostic, ADHD, and personality assessments, as well as assessments for WSIB and other insurance providers.
Completing our 3-month psychometrist internship to learn the skills to conduct psychoeducational and ASD assessments. 
Facilitating virtual group, CBT sessions focused on psychoeducation for various mental health concerns.

• Strong skills in clinical interviewing, assessment administration, and report writing.
• Experience or interest in CBT and psychoeducational group facilitation is an asset.
