Psychometrist Course

Would you like to have a fulfilling, interesting, and enriching career in psychology?  Peakminds offers a professional training program to learn the skills of a psychometrist, also referred to as a psychometrician, who has specialized skills in the administration of psychological tests.  Psychometrists work under the supervision of licensed psychologists and neuropsychologists in hospitals, schools, universities research labs, and private clinics as a team member who assists in assessment services.  Evaluations cover cognitive, educational, and psychological tests for children and adults.

Peakminds offers a foundational psychometry course, followed by in-person practicum training to equip you with hands-on skills and knowledge to work in any clinic that offers formal evaluations.

The 12-week online psychometry course covers a range of concepts, including test administration, scoring, interpretation, psychometric statistics, writing, and more.  After the course, you will have the foundational knowledge in psychometry to take further steps towards your career.  To gain in-person practical expertise, apply to be selected for our 16-week practicum training course, which involves 250 hours of hands-on training.
