Mr. Jeffery Driscoll combines his years of yoga training, education classroom teaching and psychology to help adults, youth and seniors move towards life meaning and psychological health. He uses an integrated therapeutic approach and helps clients move towards educational, life and relationship goals.
Mr. Driscoll is completing his master's degree in Psychology at the Adler Graduate Professional School and is expected to graduate in January 2025. He has bachelor's degrees in Biology and Education and is registered as an Ontario teacher. He has numerous psychological certifications and training related to modalities such as ACT, CBT, DBT, existentialist therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and various psychodynamic approaches. That said, he believes all therapies should be individualized to the individual's needs and combine coping and regulation strategies with insight.

Mr. Driscoll has extensive experience working with children, youth, and emerging adults in groups and one-on-one individual capacities. Through decades of work in the educational field, he has helped Individuals meet their educational and vocational needs.

As a certified yoga instructor and life coach, Mr. Driscoll has decades of experience working in mindfulness. He integrates this approach into structured modality work with clients. As a counsellor, he had the unique opportunity to work with senior clients over 65 at the Center For Interpersonal Relationships.

Mr. Driscoll has also had numerous experiences in the world of crisis suicide intervention and trauma work with individuals. He has worked with both the suicide hotline and Kids Help phone and co-facilitated group work with men who have survived childhood sexual abuse. He has also worked for several years as a cis-gendered gay male peer counsellor at a university resource center for queer,  questioning individuals and their allies. As such, Mr. Driscoll is sensitive to the needs of the LBGT+ and kink communities and is trauma-informed.
