Driven by a strong belief in each person's inherent capacity for growth and resilience, Irene dedicates herself to nurturing and unlocking this potential in every individual she works with. Her own lived experiences and encounters with mental health stigma fuel her passion to transform the narrative and trajectory of individuals' journeys toward positive mental wellness. Her goal is to guide individuals through a process of self-discovery, helping them break free from unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, heal from the past, and discover their most authentic and empowered selves. Irene equips her clients with the confidence and tools they need to navigate challenges with resilience and conviction, allowing them to build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Irene is currently completing her Master's in Clinical Psychology (M.Psy.) at Adler Professional Graduate School, with an expected graduation date in October 2025. She intends to pursue a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in the future. Irene holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, along with a minor in Criminology and Education, from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is involved in various aspects of client care, including assessments and therapy, and is working under the supervision of Dr. Syb Pongracic.

She takes a holistic, collaborative, and client-centered approach to providing treatment and assessment services to children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, stress, and more.
