Delayed Service/Documents

To ensure smooth scheduling and timely services for all clients, please note a $100 fee will be charged if required documents for your remaining appointments are not provided on time, resulting in scheduling delays.

Our typical timeline (subject to our availability) is as follows:

  • Clinical session: Expected approximately 2 weeks after the assessment day

  • Feedback session: Scheduled approximately 2–4 weeks after the clinical session (depending on the assessment)

Providing documents promptly helps us maintain efficient scheduling and ensures timely completion of your assessment process.
