Aditi is a registered psychologist in clinical psychology and counselling psychology with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO). She has a Master’s degree in Psychology and is very passionate about providing client-centered therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Aditi has over 11 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy to adults and couples at various mental health and addictions centers such as the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences, and Hope Place Centers. She uses an integrated approach to offer individualized and eclectic treatment to clients to help them in their healing journey. Aditi has worked with clients struggling with substance use from both abstinence & harm reduction models to help them in their recovery. She has also held supervisory and management roles in clinical settings.

Aditi has worked with refugees and new immigrants who are exposed to trauma and has provided domestic violence counselling to court-mandated clients. Aditi has special interests in supporting individuals experiencing trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship issues, substance use and self-esteem issues.

Clients find Aditi caring, easy to talk with, and very dedicated to helping them move forward and achieve their goals. Aditi is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
