Jessica Donaldson, MSW, RSW, is a Registered Social Worker who supports individuals navigating a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns. She also works with clients who have experienced trauma or are facing significant life changes and decisions.
Jessica is passionate about empowering her clients to find their voice—encouraging them to be active agents of change and authors of their own stories.
She has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Jessica completed her Master of Social Work at UBC Okanagan in 2020 and has since worked in residential addictions treatment, employee and family assistance programs, and private practice
