As a psychometrist who is new to the field, working at Peakminds has been incredibly enriching. When I first discovered psychometry, I knew immediately that it would be a great fit for me and over the past few years, this position has allowed me to grow not just professionally, but personally as well. I am always being presented with new opportunities for learning and expanding my repertoire of skills, which keeps things interesting and exciting. I have had the chance to meet and work with a wide range of populations and take on a variety of projects, from conducting many types of psychological assessments to teaching others in a professional course! Not to mention, our team feels like a tight-knit community where everyone is supportive of one another. Together, these experiences have played a big role in further developing my strengths, and have shown me that I’m capable of taking on leadership roles and making tangible impacts in my own life and the lives of others. This opportunity has truly been an upgrade to various aspects of my life and I feel eternally grateful for the ways in which I have grown thus far, always excited for the next phase of my career it will lead me to!
