I am a Registered Psychologist, who’s worked 8 years in the field of mental health in various roles and settings. I am passionate about working with youth, adults, and seniors and who have experienced grief/loss, intergenerational trauma, sexual violence, domestic violence, addiction and mental health concerns including, PTSD, anxiety, dissociation and attachment related presentations. I believe as a client you have your own narratives, strengths, and resources, to heal in your own way, and at your own pace. My goal is to support you while also teaching you new approaches that will help you learn to heal psychologically, physically and spiritually.

As a certified Level 2 Sensorimotor therapist, I have gained specific skills and a solid framework in understanding developmental, relational and traumatic based experiences which has been foundational in my work with clients. This framework includes a variety of techniques that acknowledges the mind, body, and spiritual components of a person's experience.
