CBT-i Group Therapy
Do you have insomnia or sleep concerns such as trouble falling asleep, are often tired upon waking, and wake up throughout the night? If you are worried about your sleep and health, you’ll be relieved to know there is an effective treatment. Cognitive behavior therapy for insomnia (CBT-i) is effective for improving sleep problems. CBT-i is delivered in virtual group format one-hour weekly for eight weeks. You’ll learn about how sleep works and the behaviors that impede sleep, so you can make easy changes and get zzzz’s.

If you struggle with ADHD or depression and are looking for support, look no further! In the coming months, we will be introducing group therapy in these two domains, similar to our CBT-i groups. You will be able to learn more about the struggles you are facing and develop strategies to tackle these while learning from others in your therapy group.
