Eric Quan is a Registered Occupational Therapist and received a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto. For nearly a decade he’s been helping individuals through mental health challenges and is passionate in building resilience and improving the well-being of his clients. His therapeutic approach is warm and non-judgemental, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and using elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). He is skilled in guiding individuals through a various of concerns including depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, specific phobias, perfectionism, and burn out.
Eric is committed to creating a warm and welcoming space for all. He aims to collaborate and understand the goals and challenges of his clients and strives to provide guidance through one’s emotions and thinking patterns while empowering individuals with skills and strategies to accomplish what is meaningful. Life can be challenging at times, but he believes everyone has the capacity for change when given the right tools.
