Hardeep is a first generation Indian-Canadian and has the personal and professional experience to bring all of your intersectionalities into the therapy space. Hardeep works from an Anti-Oppressive, Anti-Racist, Client Centered and Strengths Based lens and this is the minimum. She fiercely empowers individuals to reach their goals while taking into consideration the intersectionalities from which they walk through the world.
Hardeep obtained her Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and has 16 years experience working with adolescents and young people in child protection, residential treatment and educational settings. Her practice has focused on helping clients cope with anxiety, depression, perfectionistic thinking, school refusal, lack of motivation/productivity, behavioural concerns and family struggles.
Her expertise in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy can provide valuable insight and practical tools that allow a person to improve their life in the ways they choose.
